THE WHOLE SITUATION WAS BIZZARE. THE SA GRABBED MY ARM WHILE I WAS TELLING
HER I NEEDED TO HEAD BACK TO MY BUSINESS BECAUSE I ONLY HAD ONE STAFF
MEMBER WORKING. THE SHIM TURNED TO ME AND SAID I AM SURE THEY DID NOT MISS
YOU. THE WHOLE TIME THE DIRECTOR WAS EYEING ME. WEIRD!! I HAVE SINCE BEEN
BACK. THIS TIME I HAD MY DRIVER ESCORT ME TO THE STORE AND WAIT OUTSIDE FOR
ME. THE RUDE SHIM I DID NOT SEE THERE. I COULDN’T TELL IF IT WERE A MAN OR
WOMAN. LOL. THEY ARE STILL RUDE AS HELL AND SIMPLY DONT GET THE FACT THAT
WITHOUT PEOPLE LIKE YOU AND I PURCHASING GOODS THEY WOULD HAVE NO JOB. IT
IS AMAZING HOW SNOBBY THEY ARE. I SIMPLY LOATHE THE MISTREATMENT OF ANYONE
WHO WOULD DECIDE TO PATRONIZE A STORE AND ARE TREATED RUDELY OR
DISRESPECTED 》~;

I can’t believe people that work at highend stores and think like if there

I have had a bad experience in Chanel.i was inquiring about a handbag and I
was waiting nicely and the two sales associates just looked at me as if I
didn’t matter. I had to be asked to be served. I had dressed a lot more
casual on this day because I dress up for my job each day. However it
should not matter.i now am ready to buy and my husband is buying the bag as
a gift for me and he refuses to buy from that store.

OMG! MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE LV STORE. WAS THIS. I WANTED A BAG THAT WAS
DISCONTINUED. SO AFTER MUCH RESEARCH I FOUND THE BAG IN CANADA. THEY HAD TO
IMPORT THE ITEM INTO MY LOCATION. SO THE CANADIAN DIRECTOR INFORMED MY
STORES DIRECTOR. WELL WGEN THE BAG ARRIVED I WAS IN L.A. ON BUSINESS AND
WOULD BE FLYING BACK TO THAT LOCALE TO PICK UP THE BAG. WHEN I GOT THERE I
TOLD THEM WHO I WAS AND WAS READY TO PURCHASE THE BAG AND OTHER
ACCESSORIES. I WAS RUDELY TREATED BY THE S’A ALONG WITH THE DIRECTOR. AFTER
PURCHASING WELL OVER 3K IN GOODS. I WAS RUDELY ESCORTED TO THE DOOR WHEN I
REFUSED TO TELL THEM WHAT I DID FOR A LIVING. THIS WAS JUST A BREAKDOWN.
NOT THE FULL ATTITUDE I RECEIVED.

Yes I am almost hyperventilating with excitement. I really do have an
addiction to Louis LOL. Good pick up. You are good I don’t look at my
purchases at all and I know I should.i will think of you next time. I would
be so angry at the sales associate. She should not be working there.good I
would have complained as well.

Im so happy u got ur wallet fixed!!
I ran into a bad experience also… the leather on my ebene bag was peeling
and a SA told me i was not careful with it and there’s nothing they can do
because i damaged it… i was SO mad because i only used it a couple of
times… so went to different SA in the same store and they shipped n fixed
it for me. The second SA was super nice, I was shocked lol I guess i just
got so frustrated because she blamed me as if she saw me drag the bag on
the floor or something. Ugh i hate nasty SAs.

I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. I’ve never had a problem with
sales associates at high end stores. Yet… But I’m glad that the girl who
helped you wasn’t your regular SA. I wouldn’t want to have her service
whatsoever. Glad your wallet is perfect though! 🙂

Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s too bad that you had to go through
that. I’m glad your SA helped you out after his lunch break. Sales
associates at these high-end stores need to realize that we are spending
big bucks on our items and we deserve nothing less than perfection.

Wow I can’t believe that happened to you! From a luxury brand they sure
don’t act like it sometimes. LV has issues with some of their sa’s ad they
need to do something about that! I’m so happy that u called in regarding
that…I hate when they say oh it’s no charge so it’s ok. Puhleeze!

I am very sorry you had such a horrible experience. Unfortunately, when it
comes to high end designer boutiques, there will be at least one SA that
will be completely rude and disrespectful. The SA’s need to realize the
only reason they are employed is because of us, the customer and they need
to be completely respectful and helpful.

at my local store, there’s one SA who has talked down to me considerably
every single time I go in. I feel like she treats me this way because of my
age and she assumes that I either don’t have the money for Louis Vuitton or
that I’m a spoiled 22 year old. I’ve had a few good experiences with the
other SA’s in my store, but I tend to just purchase online at this point to
avoid dealing with her snotty attitude

I had a horrible experience at the LV store in Paris. Purchased a bag,
brought it to the hotel and noticed a small spot on the strap. Took it
back the next day (less tan 12 hrs. later) and they wouldn’t exchange it.
I told them all I did was take it out of the dust bag to look at it and
they told me “you should have done that in the store”. Very very rude!!!!

Gucci’s customer service is the worst. A shawl that i used for 3 weeks
started to fray on each side and they have said it was normal wear and
tear. The have told to pay! an extra €50 and the will exchange the scarf
for a new one. Will never ever buy anything from Gucci again!!!

Wow! I can’t believe how rude that lady was to you! I would have been
furious too. When I took my speedy in for repair I asked to replace two do
the rivets where the handles attach and they did it for free. When I went
to pick it up I didn’t even think to look it over really and just went to
my car and when I got to the car I looked at it and they had only repaired
one rivet so I brought it straight back to them and the two SAs that were
there were so super nice and the guy put a new rivet on it for me right
then and there. Took 3 days to get my bag back and about 10 mins when he
had to fix the other rivet. I don’t know what I would have done if I had
gotten a rude lady like u did lol. U handled it very well I think! And
beautiful wallet btw! ;-)

Minks stay away from the 34th street Louis Vuitton store, especially the
shoe section, I have gone as far as to write vicious letters to executive
office about one female SA there!!! She was borderline possessed!!!! I also
followed up that letter with a phone call. The manager ended up calling me
and apologizing. When she sees me she runs lol

Oh I’m dying to comment. I’ve had attitude at a local Louis Vuitton. I
finally found 2 s.a I like. I told them the experience I had. In toronto
there is a lot of attitude especially if you aren’t dressed to the nines.
I’ve seen people come in in flip flops and drop. 2K as well as young kids
who may look a little punky spend a lot. I also took an item for repair on
my palermo pm and the manager gave me attitude. I don’t think that
behaviour is acceptable anywhere. And the customer should e made to feel
appreciated an That sa needs a check.
