i really want to see raf to have a double duty for dior and lv. i am so excited to see how he will butcher and ruined on what marc had done to lv. just what he did to dior. in todays era, its all about the ever boring “wearability”

MiucciaPradaify says:

Thanks, I just remembered Christopher Kane after I posted it, I didn’t know they got Altuzarra too.

don hedo says:

How is christopher Kane going to design for LV if he is owned by Kering, the rival of LVMH, Altuzarra is also owned be Kering……. Learn about fashion

MiucciaPradaify says:

My favorites for next LV director are:
1. Nicolas Ghesquiere
2. Joseph Altuzarra
3. Katie Grand
4. Simone Rocha
5. Christopher Kane

i disagree…for the last five years Vuitton has always been the top top top of the brands when it comes to sales, along with Prada and Chanel.

although i think it was mutual. i think they agreed that Marc should not take too much on, not too much stress. they have invested a considerable amount into the Marc Jacobs brand over the years and him concentrating on that is the best. with both MJ + Vuitton, it would be too much. maybe they didnt want another repeat of what happened with JG, too much

Baynaa Ganbold says:

when are those people are going to tell the trutch?

mrblf652 says:

I think that Vuitton and Jacobes mutually agreed that it was time for him to leave. Sales have not been that great in recent years.

They feel that they need to say because they don’t have an opinion about the work. So that’s where the ”it’s beautiful” stuff comes in

bumrusherer1985 says:

A lot of the time, folks just repeat what

diornotwar123 says:

:/ idk if my tastes are changing, or fashion is changing, but fashion isn’t exciting like it used to be. and listening to them say it’s beautiful, is like…. :/ what? srsly?
