French fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy has died at the age of 91. Givenchy, an aristocrat who founded the house of Givenchy in the 1950s, became famous for designing dresses for Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Grace Kelly, among other stars. He designed the iconic black dress Audrey Hepburn wore in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”. The state of California presented him with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 1988.
